Thrifty Tuesdays: Ornaments
It's been a while since I've had a Thrifty Tuesday post but I just had to show you a few treasures that I found recently.
My first thrifty find is a cloisonne enameled baby grand piano ornament. It will be a perfect surprise for my husband who loves to play the piano. You can't really see this in the photo but above the piano keys it says, "Christmas 2007." This was the year that my husband and I got married.
What's even more awesome is that this ornament was originally $25 but I got it for $3.99 at my local thrift store!
The next set of ornaments have a shabby chic feel to them. They have glitter and pastel detailing. Someone donated a whole set and I got the best ones! Once I craft a few glitter putz houses, they will be the perfect addition. They were also $3.99 each. That was a little more expensive than I'd like to pay but I just fell in love with them.
Beautiful! These ornaments are gorgeous, I love the angels and the cute piano. Your tree is lovely, my kind of tree...love it! Thank you for your visit. Hope you had a lovely Tksgiving.

I love your piano ornament. My husband is a pianist too- so from one musician's wife to another- Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for stopping by Fabby and Kate! Merry Christmas to both of you. My husband loved the ornament. It was one of my favorite thrift store finds so far!
